Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott stated that 3 individual were arrested by a joint investigation conducted by Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, Clay County Sheriff Department and the West Point Police Department on Wednesday, October 21st. Scott stated narcotics agents conducted a search warrant that resulted in the arrest of 3 West Point individuals. Charles Nance, age 54, of was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Jamarcus Nance, age 29, was charged with possession of marijuana and Brittany Williams, age 33, was charged with possession of controlled substance.

All 3 individuals are currently incarcerated at the Clay County Detention Center with bonds pending.
