Nicholas Bailey

A traffic stop initiated on December 8th by the Clay County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit resulted in the arrest of Nicholas Bailey, age 20 of West Point. Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott said Bailey was charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent (approximately 32 grams).  Sheriff Scott stated the Clay County K-9 unit deployed K-9 Spike on the vehicle and alerted agents to discover marijuana. Bailey remains incarcerated in the Clay County Detention Center with a 10,000.00 bond.
