Ladrekas Powell

A routine traffic stop initiated by a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy on October 7th on Pine Grove Road off Hwy. 50 West resulted in the arrest of Ladrekas Powell, age 29 of Pheba. Sheriff Eddie Scott stated that a substantial amount of marijuana was seized along with a firearm and cash. A child endangerment charge was added to his charges due to the fact of failing to yield to blue lights and drugs and a firearm in the vicinity of the child that was not properly restrained. Bond was set at $3,691.00.
