Clay County Sheriff Investigators have arrested and charged 2 individuals for the 2nd time and 1 other suspect in connection to a recent burglary in Clay County. Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott said investigators arrested and charged Edward Malone, age 36 and Edward Adam Todd, age 38 along with Jennifer Leigh Harpole, age 45 in connection with this burglary. Malone has been charged with Burglary and Directing a Minor to Commit a Felony, Todd with Burglary and Harpole with Burglary. A 4th suspect is currently awaiting extradition from   Alabama to Clay County. Investigators are still recovering stolen items. A court date has been set for March 11th at Clay County Justice Court.

Malone is currently incarcerated at the Clay County Detention Center with a $40,000.00 bond.
