Clay County Sheriff's Aging of the Council - TRIAD Division

Anyone 60 + is eligible for an E-911 reflective address sign that is double-sided. If you are under 60 years old and would like one then you will need to make a check/money order payable to the Clay County TRIAD Account (Memo: E911 Sign). The signs are $8.00/each for anyone under 60 years old.

Anyone wanting to sign up for the File of Life decal / Refrigerator Magnet please make your check/money order payable to the Clay County TRIAD Account (Memo:File of Life). They will be @$2.00/each. This includes the refrigerator magnet with an extra medical card for updates or others in your house hold.
